Purchase & Return Policy
- Any product bought from Nayna’s online store can be exchanged within 7 days of receiving it.
- The product must be unused and all the tags and labels attached in the original state.
- The customer must choose a replacement product from the most recent collection at the eStore, from the sizes and products available.
- Customers who wish for an exchange must send the product and the invoice to Nayna at our address at their own expense.
- Products on sale cannot be exchanged or returned.
- This policy is applicable to local orders only.
Procedure for Exchange
